Absolutely. You have 30 days from the delivery date to send an item back for a refund or swap it for something else, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Start the process from your order confirmation email or by contacting our support team.

Yes. Every product is covered against manufacturing defects for a full year from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong with the stitching, zippers, or hardware under normal use, get in touch and we'll make it right.

We move quickly to get orders out the door, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust or cancel. If your parcel hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to update it; once it has shipped you can simply return it once it arrives.

We ship to a wide range of countries. Shipping fees and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
