What is preorder?

Preorder is a more sustainable way for us to make things: we only produce what has already been ordered. When an item is on preorder, it means it is currently being produced, and you will get it as soon as it is ready. The dispatch date is always shown on the product page. Producing this way lets us avoid overproduction and cut down on waste.

** If an order includes one in-stock item and one preorder item, both are sent together on the expected dispatch date of the preorder product.

The product is out of stock, will it come back?

Please reach out to olendbags@gmail.com for stock details. Since our production runs are small, certain items may occasionally be unavailable.

How do I clean my bag?

For a fabric backpack, wash it with warm water, a mild soap and a soft brush, taking care to keep leather and metal parts dry.

To clean a leather backpack, we recommend a professional cleaner. Many leather shops also stock products that protect your backpack against water and dirt.

Can I change my order?

Of course! If you would like to modify your order, write to us at olendbags@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Keep in mind that changes are only possible while the order has not yet shipped.

Can I place a corporate order?

Absolutely — we have plenty of ideas for corporate gifting. Contact us at olendbags@gmail.com to request (and even personalize) your order.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours (excluding Spanish public holidays) from our Barcelona warehouse. For preorder items, the dispatch date appears on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain & Portugal: 24-72h

Europe: 2-4 days

Outside Europe: 3-6 days

UK: 4-6 days (the parcel may spend some extra time held at UK customs, which is beyond ÖLEND's control)
